All You Need Is Me

All You Need Is Me

In the early 1990s, a young Dutch painter, Aad Donker, who founded the artistic collective After Nature together with his two brothers, focused attention on himself both at home and in the art galleries of New York. During his stay at the US Aad met the love of his life, which had an impact on more than just his career. Using abundant archival materials, conversations with the characters as well as their paintings, the director creates a colourful and, at the same time, tragic portrait of a contemporary artist.
