Curumim

Marco “Curumim” Archer from Brazil was arrested in Jakarta for smuggling 13 kilograms of heroin. This young paraglider, surfer and king of life spent 11 years in an Indonesian cell of death unaware of the date of his execution. For the past few years he filmed his daily life in prison with a hidden camera. Using this unique material the director created a fascinating portrait of a man who tried to save the hope of survival in himself and, at the same time, was struggling with the feeling of guilt, loneliness and fear.
