In the legal language „the burden of proof” means the responsibility to prove the thesis put forward. This is what illegal immigrants applying for the status of refugees in Europe must do. The film shows two asylum seekers who must prove that their lives in their home country is in danger. Two disparate truths come up in the confrontation between an immigrant officer and one of the immigrants, both impossible to prove.
