An artist so unique and open as Mikołaj Trzaska deserves a very unconventional portrait. This is why the filmmakers wanted to find the language that would capture the brilliance of jazz improvisations and, at the same time, reflect the music philosophy of one of the most outstanding clarinettists and saxophonists in Poland who performs with the greatest jazz names. The film reveals Trzaska’s internal landscape, in particular his inspirations and creative friendships, such as the one with the author Andrzej Stasiuk.
