A response to the restrictive Iranian law is the underground music scene. This is where Arash and Anoosh, two techno DJs who are trying to make it to the mainstream, operate. They show the audience Teheran’s underground, its everyday struggle with reality and attempts at outsmarting the system. When they are invited to a prestigious techno festival in Switzerland, it entails not just a great life opportunity, but also the need to take difficult decisions.
