It might seem that Joanna’s only problem is the colour of tiles in the bathroom which is being renovated as she never argues with her husband, has a good relationship with her daughter and no financial problems. Regardless of all this, one day the woman disappears. The family reports her missing to the police, and the traces uncovered subsequently indicate a tragedy might have occurred. In the thriller convention, the film gradually reveals the story of a family drama and shows how little we know about those who are the closest to us.
