Konstancja, who is 40, would love to become a mother, but she has not found a father for her child yet. Eventually, she decides to turn to a sperm bank and undergo insemination. This is when a man, who might turn out to be the one, appears in her life. In a light-hearted and subtle way, the film tells the story of longing for motherhood and true love. Sprinkled with subtle humour, the story touches upon a serious and still controversial subject, poses difficult questions and provokes the audience to look for answers.
