Three persons meet within four walls: Wera, Marcel and Marcel – the director. The film is a recording of their discussions about the post-war lives of the Lechtman siblings which intertwine with the family history of the Łozińskis. Tonia, the mother of Wera and Marcel who was accused of the collaboration with the American intelligence, served a 5-year sentence in jail. During that period her children were sent from one children’s home to another, awaiting the return of their mother who sacrificed her life in the name of political ideas.
