One employee who was responsible for the plant labour standard reduction is subject to judgement during an employee meeting. Accusations, which go beyond his professional obligations, turn it into the assessment of his private life. When aggression against the individual escalates even more, there is a turnaround as the entire situation is revealed to be an arranged experiment aiming to expose the mechanism of thinking of the characters of this psychodrama and, as a result, get to the truth.
