When Lia, who was orphaned, moves to the house of her cousin Joszko, the boy does not yet realise that the girl will compete for his mother’s attention with him. The two children’s play soon turns into a psychological struggle and a sincere need of love gives way to jealousy and manipulation. The elements from the world of fairytales, so naturally employed by the girl, add magic and charm to the film. Is Lila a bad witch in this story? And if yes, will Joszko manage to protect himself from her spells?
