Grand Hotel in Sopot is one of the oldest and most beautiful buildings of its kind in Poland. Hundreds of people work there every day so that each department may function effectively contributing to the success of the whole. There are no people who are better or worse, less or more important – each person’s work is equally needed: that of a cleaner, janitor, maid, waiter, cook and director with the entire management board. All of them, one by one, honestly describe their roles and places in this extensive structure.
