Soetkin Verstegen
Director
Belgian animation filmmaker with background in scriptwriting and cultural studies. She works both independently and as a freelancer on stop motion and handmade films. She studied Audiovisual Arts in Brussels and Cultural Studies in Leuven. She collaborates with animation studios and television. She was granted the AniDox Residency at the Animation Workshop in Denmark to complete Mr Sand, which is her first film.
