Born in 1980 in Klaipėda. He is a graduate of Stage Directing (2003) and Film Directing (2015) of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. He worked as an assistant director and second director at the Lithianian Opera and in the operas of Tel Aviv and Frankfurt. He has been involved in film since 2009 when he wrote the screenplay Blindness. His films, such as Failed Scenario (2010), Dzukija‘s Bull (2013), Dinner (2013) and Fellow Travellers (2015), have been screened and awarded at international festivals.
